Terms & Conditions.
The rules of the house. Read once; they apply to every booking, lesson, membership, event, and gift card.
1 · Booking & cancellation
All bay rentals are subject to availability and confirmed only when payment is captured by Alba Play. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the booked slot are refunded in full. Cancellations within 12 hours of the slot forfeit the booking fee; no-shows forfeit the booking fee. Members can freeze bookings — text Daniel.
2 · Memberships
Memberships are month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle; pro-rated refunds are not standard but may be granted at our discretion for documented hardship. Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable; guest passes must be used in the member's booked bay during the member's slot.
3 · Lessons
Single lessons are non-refundable but reschedulable with 24-hour notice. Lesson packages are refundable pro-rata within six months of purchase. The Spring Swing Check carries a money-back guarantee — if the session ends without a clear, measurable diagnostic, a full refund is issued. The Spring Tune-Up carries a 4th-lesson-free guarantee if Week 4 TrackMan numbers do not show measurable improvement against Week 1 baseline on at least one core metric.
4 · Events (private & corporate)
Deposits. Event bookings require a deposit at the time of confirmation. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the event. Cancellations inside 14 days forfeit the deposit. Force-majeure events (weather closure, building outage, government order) are excepted and trigger a credit, not a forfeit.
Guest count. Final guest count is due 48 hours before the event start. Increases to guest count inside 48 hours are accommodated subject to capacity; decreases inside 48 hours are billed at the confirmed count.
BYO & corkage. Outside alcohol is permitted at private events with a $100 corkage fee. All alcohol service is supervised by AGCO-licensed bar staff.
5 · Gift cards
Gift cards do not expire and retain their full face value indefinitely. Cards are non-refundable but transferable; any unused balance remains on the card. Bulk corporate orders are invoiced separately and shipped consolidated — contact us for terms.
6 · Conduct & liability
Golf involves inherent risk of injury. All guests participate at their own risk. Club X carries $5M general liability insurance; proof of insurance is available on request for procurement. We reserve the right to remove any guest engaging in unsafe or disrespectful behaviour without refund. Members and guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse of equipment.
7 · Bar service
Bar service is seasonally closed to the public May 1 through September 30 each year. During this period, the bar remains available for private and corporate events with AGCO-licensed staff. All alcohol service is governed by Ontario's AGCO regulations.
8 · Children
Children under 18 are welcome with a parent or guardian. Children must remain under direct supervision in or near the booked bay during the entire session. Insurance does not cover unsupervised minors on the premises.
9 · Accessibility
The facility is wheelchair-accessible via elevator. Bay seating accommodations are available on request — text us at 289-802-1026 in advance and we will configure the bay. Service animals are welcome anywhere in the facility.
10 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The updated date below reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active members and recent customers via email.
